92/8 Saturated Polyester Resins with Low Curing for TGIC Powder Coatings
◎Introduction
NH3222 is saturated polyester resin, mainly used for polyester/TGIC powder coating.
Ultra-low temperature curing powder coatings have always been the main research and development direction in the field of powder coatings, especially suitable for substrates with low temperature curing requirements, such as wood or bamboo substrates with a certain moisture content or other heat-sensitive substrates. Its working principle is to realize the rapid and low-temperature curing effect of the substrate before the heat-sensitive change of the substrate, and avoid the problem of serious shrinkage and cracking of the coating caused by a large amount of water vapor evaporation or deformation during the heating and curing process of the substrate.
The curing temperature of NH3222 is 125 degrees Celsius, which is very suitable for the preparation of ultra-low temperature curing powder coatings.
